His drive to work caught the attention of numerous job opportunities such as jobs with The Carylon Corporation, where he immersed himself into pipeline assessments, serving numerous municipalities and even government involved clients like NORAD. Troy's career trajectory took another turn when he became a Union Millwright for local 1607. Achieving Journeyman status in 2012, he rapidly ascended the ranks, assuming roles as a foreman and supervisor on high-profile projects. His responsibilities included erecting and dismantling equipment, welding, and ensuring stringent safety standards. Renowned for his meticulousness and proficiency, Troy holds multiple certifications, including A.W.S. welding certifications, Certified Rigger and Signal Person credentials, and expertise in pipeline assessment (P.A.C.P). His expertise has been sought after by various industries, from powerhouses to iconic facilities such as the U.S. Army Pueblo Chemical Depot, Denver Mint, Lockheed Martin, Coors Brewery, Budweiser Brewery, Cargill Meat, and many others.

Art serves as the VP of Business Development and oversees our sales initiatives. With over 39 years of hands-on experience in industrial and marine coatings, passive fire protection (PFP),and insulation systems, he brings a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise to every project. His career spans multiple roles, from field applicator to senior sales representative, with a strong focus on corrosion prevention, coatings systems, and thermal insulation.Art’s experience includes: fourteen years as an Industrial and Marine Applicator, twenty-five years as an Industrial and Marine Sales Representative, and twenty years specializing in CUI(Corrosion Under Insulation) Coatings and Insulation.Art holds the following certifications: NACE Certified Refinery Corrosion Technician, NACELevel 3 Coatings Inspector (Certification #16386), and NIA Certified Thermal InsulationInspector (Certification #8532).
Robert Richter - VP Distributor Relations
Robert is NACE CIP Level III Certified #194, and brings 40 years of sales and technical experience to our team. In addition to previously managing his own sandblasting and painting company, Mr. Richter served in various roles throughout the petrochem, rail, marine, and offshore industries. These roles include: construction coordinator for Houston Lighting & PowerCompany, technical sales and service manager for Valspar Mebon, southern regional industrial manager for Duron Paints and Wall coverings, and eastern US regional manager for Chlor-Rid. He isa U.S. Coastguard Captain who enjoys boating and fishing and is aCertified Crisis Chaplin who plays guitar and leads Praise andWorship.

Dik is a highly experienced materials science professional with over 35 years of expertise in high-temperature coatings, polymer composites, and failure analysis. With a strong background in research, development, and application engineering, he has made significant contributions to industries ranging from petrochemical and defense to marine and OEM.A principal of (3) patents and numerous proprietary high temperature coatings. He is well published on the Development, Testing methods and Validation of thermal control coatings. Dik's breadth of experience in materials science, coating technologies, and industrial applications makes him invaluable and an expert in high-temperature coatings, failure analysis, and testing. His ongoing contributions to the industry continue to shape the field of corrosion and thermal protection technologies.
