Why meet the minimum coating specification cleanliness requirement when you can EXCEED IT with our Patented 207®?
- Every coating standard has an allowable limit for Chlorides/Soluble Salts.
- Why just meet the minimum when you can ensure the surface is TRULY clean with 207® with NO RESIDUE OR FILM left on the clean surface.
- 207® is a TRUE ONE-STEP PROCESS to wash away the non-visible contamination.
- Potable water can be used with 207® at a 1:50 mix ratio (1 gallon 207® to 50 gallons potable water).
- Deionized/RO water can be used with 207® with a 100:1 mix ratio (1 gallon 207® to 100 gallons potable water).
- With ZERO chlorides/soluble salts on the surface, the coating system is able to properly protect the substrate/asset.
Prevents Flash Rust
With 207®, you will not have any immediate flash rust forming prior to the application of a protective coating, and will typically maintain a visual standard from three days or longer depending on immediate environmental condition
Use in UHP, Wet abrasive blast equipment, high-power water wash, or pump sprayer.
Our product will not foul lines, filters, or pumps. A huge downside to other products is that there is downtime in cleaning the lines, filters or pumps from the solids that have precipitated out, thus having to spend more time and money on the job and getting a product that just doesn’t work as advertised.
One step process – No purified water needed
207® can work with any type of potable water whether it’s hard or soft. We do have suggestions on use, but no need to truck in certain water, unless potable water is not available.
Creates a true bond at the coating to substrate interface.
Preventive Maintenance is achieved with 207® with a non-forming oxide layer and our nano. This oxide layer on the substrate allows for electron sharing, thus the coating is truly bonded to the substrate, which greatly decreases asset down time and increases service run time.
Cleans substrate of ALL Contaminates at the molecular level
Visual, non-visual, microscopic and MIC (microbiological influenced corrosion) surface contaminants are the key accelerant of corrosion. 207® decontaminates the surface at a molecular level by eliminating these microscopic corrosive elements that are a major cause of coating failures.
No need to control the environment after blasting
De-humidification and primer coats are costly and time consuming. 207® leaves behind a non-film forming Amorphous Oxide Layer to temporarily retard the formation of flash rust prior to the application of a protective coating.
