It's a scientific fact that Patented 207® cleans and eliminates non-visible and visible contaminants such as soluble salts, chlorides, sulfates, nitrates, MIC, grease, oil and biofilm - and with the use of potable water.

With the formation of an Amorphous Oxide Layer by our Patented 207®, you will not have any immediate flash rust forming prior to the application of a protective coating. 207® will typically maintain a visual standard from three days or longer depending on immediate environmental conditions.

It is a scientific fact - 207® will reduce soluble salts, chlorides, sulfates and nitrates down to zero or near zero below (usual acceptable levels) with proper mixing ratio and application using potable water, all with just one application of 207®

207® works with potable water whether it’s hard or soft. No need to truck in certain water unless potable water is not available.

207® is capable of mixing 1 gallon of concentrate into 100 gallons of RO water. However, for optimum results, at our recomended 50:1 ratio with potable water, 207® can take the chlorides/total salts down to zero/near zero.

Preventive Maintenance is achieved with 207® because the coating will be truly bonded to the substrate, which greatly decreases asset down time and increases service run time.

Dehumidification and primer coats are costly and time consuming. 207® temporarily stops the formation of flash rust prior to the application of a protective coating, allowing more time between blast and coating.

Visual, non-visual, microscopic and MIC (microbiologically influenced corrosion) surface contaminants are the key accelerant of corrosion. 207® decontaminates the surface at a molecular level by eliminating these microscopic corrosive elements that are a major cause of coating failure.
